The baptisms of 3 children born to Johann Gottfried Weber & Anna Maria Neumann have been located in the parish register of Büches: (1) Johann Peter, baptized 3 February 1743; (2) Johann Conrad, baptized 8 July 1753, died 27 February 1754; and (3) Johann Heinrich, baptized 29 February 1756.
Father Johann Gottfried Weber died 14 September 1759 in Büches.
Son Johann Peter Weber married in Büches on 13 March 1766 to Katharina Lotz, daughter of Johann Diedrich Lotz. She had been born in Wippenbach and baptized there on 13 April 1738.
Widow Anna Weber and her children arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.
Her sons settled in the Volga German colony of Messer on 18 June 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 38.
Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that this Weber family came from the German region of Isenburg.
