Andreas Wilhelm, a farmer, his wife Anna, and children (Anna, age 17; Elisabeth, age 15; Philipp, age 12; Maria, age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard the snow-brig named Christina under the command of Skipper Jacob Stappenberg.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Reinwald on 10 June 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 51.

In 1788, Philipp Wilhelm, son of Andreas Wilhelm, moved from Reinwald to Krasnoyar.

Philipp Wilhelm and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Krasnoyar in Household No. Ks010.

The burial register of Krasnoyar records the death of Johann Philipp Wilhelm in 1835 at the age of 79 and indicates that he was born in Gette[n]bach which is located north east of Meerholz.

In 1797, Heinrich Wilhelm, presumed son of Andreas Wilhelm, moved from Reinwald to Reinhard.

Heinrich Wilhelm and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Reinhard in Household No. Rh15.

Johann Adam Wilhelm, presumed son of Andreas Wilhelm, is recorded on the 1798 census of Reinwald in Household No. Rw55.

[Johann] Adam Wilhelm is recorded on the 1811 census of Reinwald in Household No. 55 along with a note that he relocated to the colony of Orlovskaya in 1804.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Andreas Wilhelm came from the German region of Isenburg while the 1767 census records that he came from the German village of Meerholz.
