Mauer (Cäsarsfeld)*

Susanna Mauer, a single woman, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Hans Karholm.

Susanna [Mauer] and her husband Leonhardt Kugel are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Bachmann (Zürich)*

Christina Bachmann, widow of an unnamed farmer, and her daughter Eva (age 14) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766 aboard an English frigate under the command of Skipper Adam Beerfeier.

Widow Christina Bachmann and her daughter Eva Barbara (age 15) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Christina and her daughter appear to be recorded in two different locations on the 1767 census of the Volga German colonies.

Spätter (Kind)*

Christian Spätter, a single farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.

Christian Spätter and his wife Elisabeth are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Christian Spätter, a farmer, and his wife Elisabeth are recorded on a list of Beauregard recruits appended to the 1767 census of the Volga German colonies.

Lattigan

Johann Lattigan, a farmer, his wife Anna, and daughters (Clara, age 2½; Anna, age 1) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Joh. Dittrich Ladegang [sic], his wife Anna Dorothea, and daughters (Cathar. Maria, age 3; Clara Sibilla, age 1) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 alongwith a note that Clara Sibilla died en route.

Bossauer

Widower Johann Friedrich Bossauer, a farmer, and his children (Maria, age 14; Georg, age 9) are recorded on a list of Beauregard recruits appended to the 1767 census of the Volga German colonies.

Daughter Maria Katharina Felsing née Bossauer and her family are recorded on the 1798 census of Paulskaya in Household No. Pl55.

Son Georg Bossauer and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Basel in Household No. Bs33.

The death of Georg Bossauer in 1816 is recorded on the 1834 census of Basel in Household No. 51.
