Heinrich Wirth, a single farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 13 September 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Johann Grapp.
He settled in the Volga German colony of Dietel. The 1798 census records Heinrich Wirth in the neighboring colony of Merkel in Household No. Mr22.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Heinrich Wirth came from the German region of Pflaz.
