Wagner (Unknown-1)*

Anna Margaretha Wagner (age 4) is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 57 along with her stepfather Johann Martin Hoffmann.

There are no known surviving male lines of this Wagner family among the Volga German colonies.

Bruckmann*

Peter Bruckmann, a farmer, his wife Magdalena, and daughter Maria (age ½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Peter Bruckmann, a widowed farmer, is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 59 along with his two stepsons, Johannes Neuhaus (age 17) & Christian Neuhaus (age 13). The Neuhaus brothers settled in the colony of Bettinger in 1768, and it is assumed that Peter Bruckmann settled there with them.

Ho(h)mann (Unknown)*

Nikolaus Hoffmann [sic], a weaver, his wife Maria, and children (Anna, age 13; Maria, age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Nicolaus Hohmann, his wife Maria, and children (Anna, age 12; Johann, age ¾) are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that mother Maria and son Johann died en route.

Hohenfelzer (Unknown)*

Ignatius Hohenfertzen [sic], a farmer, his wife Sophia, and daughter Johanna [sic] (age 6) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 10 August 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Nikolaus Peter Pink.

Ignatius Hohfelder [sic], his wife Maria Sophia, and daughter Justina (age 7) are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Schneider (Unknown-1)*

Andreas Schneider, a farmer, and his wife Katharina are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 64.

It is not known in which colony they settled.

The 1767 census records that Andreas Schneider came from the German village of Kaden [?] in the Darmstadt region.

Martin (Cäsarsfeld)*

Kaspar Martin, a single farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Kaspar Martin is recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Kaspar Martin, a weaver (Weber), and his wife Magdalena are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 65 along with a note that they settled in the colony of Cäsarsfeld in 1768.

Hoffmann (Unknown-1)*

Heinrich Hoffmann, his wife Justina, and son Heinrich (age 6) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard the ship Der Junge Heinrich under the command of Skipper Heinrich Niemann.

Johann Heinrich Hoffmann, a weaver (Weber), and his wife Justina are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Beauregard in Houehold No. 67.

The 1767 census records that Johann Heinrich Hoffmann came from the German village of Zoller [?].

There are no known surviving male lines of this Hoffmann family among the Volga German colonies.

Heidemann (Unknown)*

Johannes Heidemann, a farmer, his wife Margaretha, and daughter Margaretha (age 10) are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 70.

It is not known in which colony this family settled.

The 1767 census records that Johannes Heidemann came from the German village of Ondenbrun [?].

Hahn (Zürich)

Jakob Hahn, a single man, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Franz Nikolaus Schröder.

Jakob Hahn is recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with others who were settled temporarily in Beauregard.

Jakob Hahn, a single farmer, is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 73 along with a note that he relocated to the colony of Zürich in 1768.
