The death of Franz Knoll in 1827 is recorded on the 1834 census of Herzog in Household No. 74.
The 1834 census of Herzog records that Michael Knoll, son of Franz Knoll, moved to Louis in 1832.
The 1834 census of Graf (Household No. 67) records that Peter Knoll from Herzog arrived in 1832.
The 1767 census records that Andreas Knoll came from the German village of Velburg in the Kurpfalz region.
