Joh. Henrich Crispens & Wilhelmina Aveliuss were married on 13 March 1766 in the Lutheran Church of Büdingen.
Johann Chrispens, a cobbler, and his wife Wilhelmina arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 9 June 1766 aboard a ship named Die Perle under the command of Skipper Gerhardt Hermann Thomsen.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Dobrinka on 20 June 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 82 along with their daughter Susanna (age 1/2).
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Chrispens came from the German region of Friedberg. The 1767 census records that Johann Heinrich Chrispens came from the German village of Lentach [?] in the Fribourg [?] region.
