Johann Georg Stoll immigrated to Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein) arriving in the city of Schleswig on 30 May 1761.
The parish register of Kropp [Denmark] records on 26 May 1761 the marriage of Johann Georg Stolle [sic] & Anna Hager (Jager?).
They swore allegiance to King Friedrich of Denmark on 24 July 1761.
On 8 August 1761, they are recorded on the farmstead "Königs Hulde" in the Danish colony of Sophienhamm.
The parish register of Hohn [Denmark] records the baptisms of two sons born to Johann Georg Stoll & Anna Hagen [sic]: (1) Johann Heinrich, baptized 22 March 1763, died 24 March 1763; and (2) Johann Philipp, baptized 11 March 1764.
They requested permission to leave the the Danish colonies on 1 May 1765 and joined the migration to Russia.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Grimm and are recorded there on the 1775 census of Grimm in Household No. 12.
Heinrich Stohl from Grimm and his family are recorded on the 1857 census of Erlenbach in Household No. 53.
The Eichhorns record that Johann Georg Stoll came from the German Margravate of Baden-Durlach.
