Stadelman(n) (Schuck)

Balthasar Stadelmann (age 39), a farmer, his wife Margaretha Dolp (age 32), and children (Heinrich, age 4; Margaretha, age 1½) are recorded on a list of colonists dated 23 September 1765 who were gathering in the town of Worms.

Balthasar Stadelmann, a farmer, and his family settled in the Volga German colony of Schuck on 18 June 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 18.

Destein*

Georg Destein (age 23), a single farmer, is recorded on a list of colonists dated 23 September 1765 who were gathering in the town of Worms.

Georg Destein, a farmer, settled in the Volga German colony of Schuck on 18 July 1766. He and his [new] wife Anna Maria are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 17.

The 1765 Worms list records that Georg Destein came from the German village of Lamperter Hütte [?]. The 1767 census records that Georg Destein came from the German village of Laudenbach [?] in the Kurpfalz region.

Berger (Schuck)

Johann Wendel Berger (age 33), a tailor (Schneider), and his wife Eva Barbara Jacobs (age 25) are recorded on a list of colonists dated 23 September 1765 who were gathering in the town of Worms. They had arrived in Worms on 21 September 1765.

Wendel Berger, a farmer, settled in the Volga German colony of Schuck on 18 July 1766. He and his family are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 16.

Jakob Berger, son of Wendel Berger, and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Schuck in Household No. Su09.

Laumann (Schuck)

Jakob Laumann, a single farmer, settled in the Volga German colony of Schuck on 18 July 1766. He is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 14.

In 1793, Hieronymus Laumann moved from Schuck to Göbel.

The 1834 census of Göbel records in Household No. 70 that Peter Laumann and his brother Ferdinand relocated to the colony of Volmer.

Heinrich Laumann from Schuck and his family are recorded on the 1857 census of Marienfeld.

The 1767 census records that Jakob Laumann is from the German village of Münschbach in the region of Schönberg.

Bupp*

Jacob Bub [sic] (age 32), a farmer, and his wife Maria Elisabeth Bommer are recorded on a list of colonists dated 23 September 1765 who were gathering in the town of Worms.

Jakob Bupp, a farmer, settled in the Volga German colony of Schuck on 18 July 1766. He and his wife Maria Elisabeth are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 13.

The 1765 Worms list records that Jacob Bub [sic] came from the German village of Lorsch. The 1767 census records that Jakob Bupp came from the German village of Lorsch in the Mainz region.

Hellinger

Simon Hellinger, a farmer, and his family settled in the Volga German colony of Schuck on 18 July 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 11.

The 1767 census records that Simon Hellinger came from the German village of Erfurt in the Kurpfalz region.

Held(t) (Schuck)*

Jacob Held (age 23), a miller (Müller), his wife Elisabeth Seitz (age 20), and sister Margaretha Held (age 20) are recorded on a list of colonists dated 23 September 1765 who were gathering in the town of Worms.

Jakob Held, a miller (Müller), settled in the Volga German colony of Schuck on 18 July 1766. He and his wife Elisabeth are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 10.
