Georg Palatte [sic] and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Schaffhausen in Household No. Sh20.

The 1834 census of Schaffhausen records Heinrich Bollard in Household No. 32. This Heinrich Bollard appears to be the same person as Andrei Heinrich Palatte who is recorded on the 1798 census of Schaffhausen (Household No. Sh20), and his age also aligns between the two documents.

The surname of Bollard continues on the 1857 census of Schaffhausen in Household No. 49.

Meier (Schaffhausen)

Anna Margaretha Meier, widow of Philipp Meier, and their children (Christoph, age 16; Christina, age 11; Maria, age 10; Dietrich, age 4; Heinrich, age 4) are record are recorded on the 1798 census of Schaffhausen in Household No. Sh47.

Wilhelm Dietrich Meier and his family are recorded on the 1834 census of Schaffhausen in Household No. 8.

Christoph Meier, whose age matches with that of the Christoph above, and his family are recorded on the 1834 census of Basel in Household No. 2.

Theiss

Jakob Theiss from Schaffhausen and his wife are recorded on the 1798 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. Ka036.

The death of Jakob Theiss in 1831 is recorded on the 1834 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. 39.

Best

Johannes Best, a farmer, and his wife Anna are recorded on an appendix the 1767 census of Paulskaya in Household No. 99 along with a note that they settled in the colony of Schönchen in 1768.

The 1767 census records that Johannes Best came from the German village of Fürth in the Darmstadt region.
