Klaas (Unknown)*

Petry [sic] Klaas, his wife Elisabeth, and sons (Anton, age 7; Johann, age 3) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Franz Nikolaus Schröder.

Peter Klas [sic], his wife Elisabeth, and son Anton (age 6) are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Peter Klaas, a farmer, his [new] wife Louisa, and son Anton (age 6) are recorded on a list of Beauregard recruits appended to the 1767 census of the Volga German colonies.

Konrad (Unknown)*

Christoph Conrad, a farmer, and his wife Margaretha are recorded on a list of Beauregard recruits appended to the 1767 census of the Volga German colonies in Household No. 9 along with stepson Gottlieb Walter (age 5).

It is not known in which colony they settled.

The 1767 census records that Christoph Konrad came from the German village of Kauschwitz.

There are no known surviving male lines of this Konrad family among the Volga German colonies.

Walter (Unknown-2)*

Widow Anna Walder [sic] and her son Gottlieb (age 4½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 21 September 1766.

Anna Walder [sic] and her son Gottlieb (age 4½) are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Gottlieb Walter (age 5) is recorded on a list of Beauregard recruits appended to the 1767 census of the Volga German colonies in Household No. 9 along with his stepfather Christoph Konrad.

It is not known in which colony he settled.

The 1767 census does not record from where Gottlieb Walter came.

Posauer*

Widower Johann Friedrich Posauer, a farmer, and his children (Maria, age 14; Georg, age 9) are recorded on a list of Beauregard recruits appended to the 1767 census of the Volga German colonies.

It is not known in which colony they settled.

The 1767 census records that Johann Friedrich Posauer came from the German village of Mumelgot [?].

There are no known surviving male lines of this Posauer family among the Volga German colonies.

Schick (Unknown)*

Johann Heinrich Schick, a cloth weaver (Tuchweber), his wife Eva, and daughters (Christina, age 11; Elisabeth, age 6; Louisa, age 4-days) are recorded on the list of Beauregard recruits that is appended to the 1767 census of the Volga German colonies.

It is not known in which colony they settled.

The 1767 census records that Johann Heinrich Schick came from the German village of Suhl.

There are no known surviving male lines of this Schick family among the Volga German colonies.

Beier / Beyer (Schönchen-2)*

Widow Anna Maria Beier is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Kaneau in Household No. 64 along with a note that she settled in the colony of Schönchen in 1768.

The 1767 census records that Anna Maria Beier came from the German regino of Jena [in Thüringen?].

There are no known surviving male lines of this Beier family among the Volga German colonies.

Schuster (Unknown)*

Widower Ludwig Schuster, a tailor (Schneider), is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census in Household No. 60.

It is not known in which colony he settled.

The 1767 census records that Ludwig Schuster came from the German village of Westerburg.
