Dietz (Kratzke)
Georg David Dietz from Erbach and his wife Angelika immigrated first to the colony of Julianenebene in Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein) in 1761.
In February 1764, they joined the migration to Russia.
David and his son (also Georg David) settled in the Volga German colony of Shcherbakovka on 15 June 1765 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Households No. 5 (father) and No. 6 (son).
In 1796, David Dietz and his family moved from Shcherbakovka to Kratzke.
David (senior) Dietz and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Kratzke in Household No. Kr25.
David Dietz's descendants are recorded on the 1834 census of Kratzke in Households No. 3 & 28.
