Anton Regner, a farmer, his wife Walpurga, and sons (Andreas, age 9; Anton, age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 12 September 1766 aboard an English frigate under the command of Skipper Adam Beerfeier.
Anton died and his widow Walpurga remarried to Johannes Dimon. Walpurga also died, and Johannes Dimon remarried to Barbara.
Johannes Timant [sic], a farmer, his wife Barbara, son Georg (age 16), and stepsons (Andreas Regner, age 12; Anton Regner, age 11) are recorded on a list of Beauregard recruits (Household No. 116) appended to the 1767 census of the Volga German coloniesalong with a note that they relocated to the colony of Luzern in 1768.
In 1790, Anton Regner and his family moved from Zug to Luzern.
Andreas Regner and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Luzern in Household No. Lz28. His brother Anton Regner and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Luzern in Household No. Lz27.
Johann Karl Regner, son of Andreas Regner, and his family are recorded on the 1834 census of Luzern in Household No. 61 along with a note that they moved to Kamenka.
In 1826, Karl Regner and his family moved from Kamenka to Volmer and are recorded on the 1834 census of Volmer in Household No. 85.
Michael Regner and his brothers, sons of Karl Regner, from Volmer and their families are recorded on the 1857 census of Marienfeld.
The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Anton Regner came from the village of Eckstedt.
