Weber (Orlovskaya-1)

Johann Georg Weber and his wife Ottilia arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Orlovskaya on 7 June 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 3.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Georg Weber was a carpenter while the 1767 census records that he was a cartwright (Stellmacher).

Weber (Messer-1)

Johann Gottfried Weber, son of Johann Wilhelm Weber, married in Rohrbach on 12 April 1741 to Anna Maria Neumann, daughter of Conrad Neuman from Büches.

The baptisms of 3 children born to Johann Gottfried Weber & Anna Maria Neumann have been located in the parish register of Büches: (1) Johann Peter, baptized 3 February 1743; (2) Johann Conrad, baptized 8 July 1753, died 27 February 1754;  and (3) Johann Heinrich, baptized 29 February 1756.

Father Johann Gottfried Weber died 14 September 1759 in Büches. 

Weber (Hölzel)

Widow Eva Weber and her children (Michael, age 20; Andreas, age 16; Cunigunda, age 14; Johannes, age 13; Johannes [again], age 10) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 16 August 1766 aboard a galliot named Die Wachsamkeit under the command of Skipper Jacob Heinrich Sager.

The widow of Michel [sic] Weber and her children (Michael, age 20; Andreas, age 18; Johannes, age 15; Cunigunda, age 14; Johannes [again], age 13) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Weibert

Leonhard Weibert and his siblings settled in the Volga German colony of Messer on 18 June 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 35 along with his stepfather Jakob Eckel.

Johannes Weibert from Messer and his family relocated to the daughter colony of Neu-Bauer before 1858.

The 1767 census records that Leonhard Weiberg came from the German district of Isenburg.

Wede

An article by Hermann Wäschke records the following going to Russia:

(unnamed) Wede, a court bailiff (Gerichtsdiener), with wife and 3 children, from Fraszdorf in the district of Dessau.

Christoph Wede, a farmer, his wife Katharina, and sons (Karl, age 17½; Christoph, age 15) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.

Weber (Warenburg-2)

Martin Weber, son of Johann Christian Weber & Anna Margaretha Kraft, was born 29 April 1737 in Wembach. He married Catharina Keil.

The birth of one daughter to Martin Weber & Catharina Keil is recorded in Wembach: Elisabetha Margaretha, born 30 June 1761, died 3 July 1761.

Catharina Weber née Keil died, and Martin remarried to Maria Christina Haas.

The birth of one daughter to Martin Weber & Maria Christina Haas, widow of Johann Tilmann Haas, is recorded in Wembach: Anna Regina, born 20 December 1765.

Weber (Seelmann)

Nicolaus & Catharina Weber had 9 children whose baptisms are recorded in the parish register of Canach: (1) Johannes, baptized 3 February 1735; (2) Heinrich, baptized 26 October 1736; (3) Margaretha, baptized 24 February 1740; (4) Petrus, baptized 3 April 1743; (5) Anna Catharina, baptized 27 January 1746; (6) Magdalena, baptized 21 October 1748; (7) Nicolaus, baptized 2 August 1751; (8) Johannes Jacobus, baptized 26 June 1754; and (9) Petrus, baptized 9 February 1757.

Son Heinrich Weber married Agnes Grün on 4 August 1764 in Canach.
