Reichert (Balzer)

Johann Philipp Reichert, son of Georg & Maria Elisabeth Reichert, was born 9 June 1756 in Neuburg am Rhein.

Philipp [Reichert] (age 5) immigrated to Denmark (Schleswig-Holstein) along with Mattias Kisselmann and his wife Elisabeth arriving in the city of Schleswig on 4 July 1761.

They were last recorded in the Danish colonies on 12 January 1765. They joined the migration to Russia and settled in the Volga German colony of Balzer on 28 March 1766.

Küdemann*

There are two Küdemann families that arrived together from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard a ship under the command of Skipper Hans Karholm, and settled in the Volga German colony of Katharinenstadt on 3 August 1767. They are presumed to be brothers:

(1) Friedrich Küdemann, his wife Sara, and children (Margaretha, age 3; Heinrich, age 1) arrived in Oranienbaum.

Funk (Nieder-Monjou-2)

Widow Anna Funk, and her children (Johann, age 14; Kaspar, age 12; Johannes, age 10) along with Heinrich Funk [presumed to be an older son] and his wife Anna arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Schmidt (Stahl am Karaman)

Johan Michel Schmidt, a farmer from the area of Wurtzpurg [sic], & Anna Barbara Schneider from the area of Wurtzpurg [sic] were married on 17 June 1766 in Pastor Bruns's house in Lübeck. The marriage is recorded in the parish register of St. Jacob's Lutheran Church in Lübeck.

Michael Schmidt, a farmer, his wife Anna Barbara, and son Johannes (age 1) are recorded on the 1767 census of Stahl am Karaman in Household No 42. They had settled there on 22 June 1767.

Müller (Stahl am Tarlyk-1)

Asmus Müller, a farmer, his wife Anna, and children (Nikolaus, age 19; Asmus, age 14; Anna, age 8) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 14 June 1766 aboard the ship named Die Neue Fortuna under the command of Skipper Ahrens Steingraber.

Son Nikolaus Müller is recorded on the 1798 census of Stahl am Tarlyk in Household No. St44.

The death of Klaus [sic] Müller in 1806 is recorded on the 1811 census of Stahl am Tarlyk in Household No. 45.
