History
Volga German families settled in and around Ferguson, Oklahoma. At one time it had been known as Salton.
Flynn Township is located just north of where Ferguson was, and many Volga German families farmed in the Flynn Township.
Today, nothing remains of the town of Ferguson except for parts of the bridge where the train used to cross the creek.
Peaceful Cemetery is located south of where the town of Ferguson was.
