Lammock

Nikolaus Lamock arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 21 September 1766.

Nicolaus Lamock is recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Oranienbaum in 1767.

Nikolaus Lamoque, his wife Anna, and son Johann (age 2-weeks) are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Katharinenstadt in Household No. 8 along with a note that they settled in the colony of Bettinger in 1768.

The 1767 census records that Nikolaus Lamoque came from the village of Lüttich in Belgium.

Kreh

There are two Kreh families that settled in the Volga German colony of Bettinger on 3 August 1767. Their relationship is not recorded, but they are presumed to be brothers.

(1) Christoph Kreh, a miller (Müller), and his wife Katharina are recorded on the 1767 census of Bettinger in Household No. 13.

Röhl / Riel (Beauregard-1)

Mattias Röhl, a farmer, his wife Katharina, and daughter Maria (age 10-months) are recorded on the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 58. They had settled there on 27 August 1766.

In 1791, Georg Röhl [believed to be a son of Mattias Röhl] moved from Beauregard to Schaffhausen.

The 1798 census of Beauregard records in Household No. Bo08 that Mattias Röhl is working as a shepherd in Katharinenstadt where his son Konrad is also working.

The 1767 census records that Mattias Röhl came from the German region of Nassau.

Rau (Beauregard)

Johann Christoph Rau, a miner (Bergarbeiter), his wife Dorothea, and children (Anna Margaretha, age 16; Johann Christoph, age 5) are recorded on the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 52. They had settled there on 27 August 1766.

In 1789, Johann Rau moved from Beauregard to Zürich.

The 1767 census records that Johann Christoph Rau came from the German village of Stitzenhein [?].

Pretzel

Heinrich Pretzel, a farmer, his wife Anna, and sons (Jakob, age 15; Konrad, age 3-months) are recorded on the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 55. They had settled there on 27 August 1766.

The 1767 census records that Heinrich Pretzel came from an illegible [Ru...nsstein] location.

Ockel (Beauregard)

Daniel Ockel, a farmer, his wife Anna, and sons (Johann, age 3; Ferdinand, age 1) are recorded on the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 45. They had settled there on 27 August 1766.

The 1767 census records that Daniel Ockel came from the German village of Kornbach.

Knoll (Beauregard)

Johann Noll, a farmer, his wife Elisabeth, and daughters (Anna Maria, age 7; Anna Margaretha, age 9-months) are recorded on the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 51. They had settled there on 27 August 1766.

The 1767 census records that Johann Noll came from the German village of Schwarz in the Darmstadt region.

Montz

Ludwig Montz, a farmer, and his wife Elisabeth settled in the Volga German colony of Beauregard on 27 August 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 54.

The 1798 census of Beauregard records in Household No. Bo42 that Johann Heinrich Montz and his siblings are working in the colony of Katharinenstadt.

The 1834 census of Katharinenstadt records in Household No. 72 that Johann Christian Montz and his siblings moved from Beauregard to Katharinenstadt in 1834.

The 1767 census records that Ludwig Montz came from the German region of Holstein.

Müller (Beauregard-4)

Nikolaus Müller, a farmer, his wife Elisabeth, and daughter Maria (age 7-weeks) are recorded on the 1767 census of Beauregard in Household No. 57. They had settled there on 27 August 1766.

The 1767 census records that Nikolaus Müller came from the German village of Enachenzerl [?].
