Reifschneider (Krasnoyar)

Johann Hinrich Reifenschneider [sic] & Anna Elisabeth Zimmer were married on 4 June 1766 in the Reformed Church in Lübeck. Further research is needed to verify whether this is the same Heinrich Reifschneider that settled in Kutter in 1767.

Johann Heinrich Reifschneider, his wife Anna Elisabeth, and his mother Anna Katharina arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 8 August 1766 aboard the pink Cargo under the command of Lieutenant Moses Davydov.

Reifegerste

An article by Hermann Wäschke records the following:

Christoph Reifegerste, a 26-year old guardsman (Schutzgenosse) from Retzau, with his wife, née Hartmann, and child Johanna-Louise (½-year old), from Sollnitz. The property he left behind was auctioned and the amount was given to the jurisdiction of Retzau after debts of 8 Thlr. 14 Gr. were paid.

They are recorded on a list of subjects from Sollnitz who escaped to Russia.

Reichert (Mariental)

Konrad Reichert, a farmer, and his family settled in the Volga German colony of Mariental on 14 June 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 53.

The 1767 census records that Konrad Reichert came from the German village of Kottenheim in the Kurtrier region.

Reichert (Krasnoyar)

Nikolaus Reichert, a farmer, his wife Anna, son Johann (age ¾), and servant Anna [surname not recorded] (age 32) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 29 July 1766 aboard the ship Apollo under the command of Skipper Friedrich Detloff Mörenberg.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Krasnoyar on 20 July 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 21.

In 1797, Ludwig Reichert moved from Krasnoyar to Hummel.

Reichert (Holstein)

Johann Melchior Reichert, a carpenter, his wife Susanna, and children (Eva, age 7; Johann, age 5¼; Anna, age 1½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 19 July 1766 aboard a galliot named Kronstadt under the command of Lieutenant Samuel Gibbs.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Holstein on 7 July 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 33.

In 1790, widower Johannes Reichert moved from Holstein to Kraft.

Reich (Krasnoyar)*

Matthias Reich, a farmer, his wife Maria, and son Johann (age 2-weeks) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Mann und Frau under the command of Skipper Daniel Berg.

Mattias Zacharius Reich, his wife Maria Elisabeth, and son Johann Peter Emmanuel (age 2-weeks) are recorded on the 1767 census of Krasnoyar in Household No. 59. They had settled there on 20 July 1767.

In 1788, Zacharias Reich is living in Pokrovsk [Engels].

Reich (Grimm)

Johann Valentin Reich, son of Johannes Reich from Niederwald & Johanna Christina Elisabeth Krüger, was born 3 September 1746 in Nieder-Ohmen and baptized there on 4 September 1746.

Valentin Reich from Nieder Ohm & Eliesabetha Trimper from Rauschenberg were married 14 April 1766 in the Lutheran Church of Büdingen.

Valentin Reich, a craftsman (Handwerker), his wife Maria, and his mother Elisabeth arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 22 July 1766 aboard the pink Lev under the command of Lieutenant Fyodor Fyodorov.

Reger*

Thomas Reger, a soldier, and his wife Anna Maria settled in the Volga German colony of Mariental on 14 June 1766. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 52 along with orphan Magnus Knauf (age 22).  No relationship between the Reger and Knauf families is recorded on the 1767 census.

The 1767 census records that Thomas Reger came from the German district of Mannheim.

There are no known surviving male lines of this Reger family among the Volga German colonies.
