Blum (Nieder-Monjou-2)*

Johann [Georg] Blum, his wife Anna, and daughters (Elisabeth, age 5; Anna, age 2½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Johann Georg Bluhm [sic], his wife Elisabetha, and daughters (Elisabetha, age 5¼; Anna Elisabetha, age 2½) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that daughter Anna Elisabetha died en route.

Blum (Nieder-Monjou-1)*

Johann Blum, a farmer, and his wife Katharina arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Joh. Heinrich Bluhm [sic] and his wife Catharina are recorded on a list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Heinrich Blum, a farmer, and his wife Katharina are recorded on the 1767 census of Nieder-Monjou in Household No. 58. They had arrived there on 3 August 1767.

Beidnitz (Nieder-Monjou)

Johan Christian Beudnitz, a journeyman barber (Barbirgesell) born in Berlin, & Anna Catharina Meÿer from the area of Voigtland were married on 22 July 1766 in Pastor Peterssen's house in Lübeck. The marriage is recorded in the parish register of St. Jacob's Lutheran Church in Lübeck.

Christian Beitnitz and his wife Katharina arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 21 September 1766.

Christoph [sic] Beutnitz [sic] and his wife Maria [sic] Catharina are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Riehl (Nieder-Monjou)

Johann[es] Riel, a miller, his wife Anna, and children (Johann[es], age 14; Philipp, age 12; Anna, age 9; Elisabeth, age 7; Kaspar, age 5; Gertrude, age 1½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Ebauer

Johann Gebauer [sic], a farmer, his wife Maria, and son Konrad (age 1) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Georg Gebaauer [sic], his wife Maria Elisabetha, and son Joh. Conrad (age 1¼) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Nieder-Monjou on 3 August 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 75.

Strack (Nieder-Monjou)

Ludwig Strack, a single farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Ludwig Strack is recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

Ludwig Strack, a single cobbler (Schuhmacher), is recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Nieder-Monjou in Household No. 47.

Ludwig Strack and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Nieder-Monjou in Household No. Nm07.

Stürtz (Nieder-Monjou)

Johann [Kaspar] Stürtz, a farmer, his wife Elisabeth, and his mother-in-law Anna Maria [surname not recorded] arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 10 August 1766 aboard the Russian pink Vologda under the command of Lieutenant Sergey Bartenyev.

Johann Caspar Stürtz, his wief Elisabetha, and son Johannes (born en route) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that newborn Johannes died en route.

Tag(g) (Nieder-Monjou)

Georg Tagg, a weaver, his wife Julianna, and children (Johann [Heinrich], age 15; Julianna, age 12) and single grown son Heinrich arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Joh. Georg Tag, his wife Anna Juliana, and children (Johann Heinrich, age 23; Conrad, age 20; Johannes Heinrich, age 15; Johanna, age 12) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that son Conrad died en route.

Taub*

Just Taub, a farmer, his wife Anna, and sons (Johann, age 15; Valentin, age 16; Andreas, age 15) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.

Johann Jost Taub and children (Joh. Wilhelm, age 25; Johann Valentin, age 18; Andreas, age 15) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767 along with a note that father Johann Jost and sons Joh. Wilhelm & Andreas died en route.

Wiesmer

Widower Peter Wiesmer, a farmer, and his children (Anna, age 22; Johann [Philipp], age 20; Johannes, age 16; Margaretha, age 12; Katharina, age 9) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 24 July 1766 aboard a barque named Georg under the command of Skipper Adam Bairnsfair.
