Kanzler (Kolb)

Solomon Kanzler, a farmer, his wife Anna, and children (Karl, age 10; Anna, age 8; Georg, age ½) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Kolb on 13 May 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 5.

The 1767 census records that Solomon Kanzler came from the German village of Sandau in the region of Brandenburg.

Heim (Kolb)

Konrad Heim, a farmer, his wife Eva, and daughters (Anna, age 10; Friederika, age 4; Barbara, age 2) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.

Konrad Heim, a farmer, his [new] wife Barbara, daughters (Anna Margaretha, age 11; Friederika, age 4; Anna Barbara, age 2), and stepsons [surname not recorded] (Georg, age 11; Wilhelm, age 3) are recorded on the 1767 census of Kolb in Household No. 13. They had arrived in Kolb on 13 May 1767.

Betz (Kolb)

Jakob Betz, a farmer, and his wife Maria arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Kolb on 13 May 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 11.

The 1767 census records that Jakob Betz came from the German village of Rüsselsheim in the region of Hessenburg.

Barth (Kolb)

Georg Barth, a farmer, and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Kolb on 13 May 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 7.

The 1767 census records that Georg Barth came from the German village of Heimweiler in the Freie Adelprovinz der alten Ritter (Free Nobel Province of Ancient Knights).

Adam (Kolb)

Paul Adam, a farmer, and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 18 June 1766 aboard the ship Die Perle under the command of Skipper Thomson.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Kolb on 13 May 1767 and son Christian is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 1 living with the Andreas Kolb family. The 1767 census does not record a relationship between the Kolb and Adam families.

In 1790, Georg and Johann Adam moved from Müller to Kolb.

Thaut (Messer)

Wilhelm Daut, son of Johann Friedrich Daut & Anna Maria Dietrich, was born in Mittel-Gründau on 2 January 1747.

Wilhelm Daut arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax.

He settled in the Volga German colony of Messer on 18 June 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 41 living with his brother-in-law, widower Johannes Meininger and his children. Johannes Meininger had been married to Wilhelm's sister Anna Katharina Daut.

Fromm (Hussenbach)

Michael Fromm, a farmer, his wife Barbara, and his son Franz arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard the snow-brig Die Frau Dietrika under the command of Skipper Joachim Friedrich Luhn.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Hussenbach. Son Franz Fromm is recorded there on the 1798 census in Household No. Hs104.

Franz Fromm and his sons are recorded on the 1811 census of Hussenbach in Household No. 104.

The death of Franz Fromm in 1821 is recorded on the 1834 census of Hussenbach in Household No. 97.
