Fazius

Widow Christina Fazius and her sons (Philipp, age 10; Johann, age 5) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 21 July 1766 aboard a koff named Alette under the command of Skipper Wybe Hendricks.

Anna Christina Faciuss [sic] and her sons (Philip, age 11; Johann, age 7) are recorded on the list of colonists being transported from St. Petersburg to Saratov in 1767.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Kukkus on 26 June 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 36 where Christina has remarried to widower Jakob Mittelhof.

Jäger (Kukkus)*

Jacob Jäger, a farmer, and his wife Maria Magdalena arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 21 July 1766 aboard a koff named Alette under the command of Skipper Wybe Hendricks.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Kukkus on 26 June 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 4.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Jacob Jäger came from the German district of the Pfalz while the 1767 census records that he came from the Kurpfalz. 

There do not appear to be any surviving male descendants of this family.

Jäger (Norka)

Friedrich Jäger, a farmer, and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 21 July 1766 aboard a koff named Alette under the command of Skipper Wybe Hendricks.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Norka. By the time of the 1767 census of Norka, Friedrich's widow, Anna Elisabeth, is recorded there in Household No. 97 remarried to Lorenz Hergenröder. 

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Friedrich Jäger came from the German district of the Pfalz.

Hergenröder (Norka)*

Lorenz Hergenröder, a single farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 9 August 1766 aboard the Russian galliot Strelna under the command of Lieutenant Sornev. 

He settled in the Volga German colony of Norka on 15 August 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 97 along with his new wife, the widow Anna Elisabeth Jäger and her children.

Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Lorenz Hergenröder is from the German district of Isenburg.

Stegman(n)

Sebastian Stegmann, a farmer, his wife Elisabeth, and children (Klara, age 20; Johann Adam, age 14) arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 9 September 1767 aboard the Russian galliot Strelna under the command of Lieutenant Sornev.

Widower Sebastian Stegmann, a farmer, and his son Johann Adam (age 15) are recorded on the 1767 census of Pfeifer in Household No. 93. They had arrived in Pfeifer on 20 August 1767.

Sebastian's son, Peter, is recorded on the 1798 census of Göbel (Gb26) with a note that he is working in the colony of Semenovka.

Führer (Norka)

Johann Heinrich Führer, a farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 9 August 1766 aboard the Russian galiot Strelna under the command of Lieutenant Sornev.

He settled in the Volga German colony of Norka on 15 August 1767 are is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 126.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Johann Heinrich Führer came from the German district of Isenburg while the 1767 census records that he came from the German district of Hessen.

Blasius

Johann Christian Blasius, a farmer, and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard the galliot Johannnes under the command of Skipper Stahl. 

They settled in the Volga German colony of Frank in 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 48.

Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Johann Christian Blasius came from the German district of Sachsen (Saxony).

Lesser

Johann Adam Leser, son of Hans Heinrich Leser, was baptized in Stepfershausen on 29 May 1726.  Anna Margaretha Baumann, daughter of Johann Georg Baumann, was baptized in Solz on 21 October 1729.  Johann Adam and Anna Margaretha's marriage is recorded in both the Stepfershausen and Solz parish registers on 5 February 1749.

Deis (Norka)

Georg Deis, a farmer, and his wife Elisabeth arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 15 September 1766 aboard the galliot Johannes under the command of Skipper Stahl.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Norka on 2 September 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 199.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Georg Deis came from the German district of Isenburg while the 1767 census records that he came from the German district of Hessen.
