Diehl (Biberstein)

Nikolaus Diehl (age 12) is recorded on the 1767 census of Ernestinendorf in Household No. 15 along with his stepfather Peter Schwabacher.

A note on the 1767 census records that Nikolaus Diehl relocated to the colony of Biberstein in 1768.

Sittner (Enders)

Johann[es] Sittner and his wife Anna arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard a Russian packet-boat under the command of Lieutenant Pyotr Malinkov.

They settled in the Volga German colony of Enders on 15 July 1767. Johannes Sittner is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 37 in Household No. 37 along with his new wife Katharina.

Heinrich Sittner from Enders and his family are recorded on the 1862 census of Gnadendorf.

Daniel Sittner from Enders and his family are recorded on the 1862 census of Gnadendorf.

Sond*

Georg Martin Sond, a single craftsman (Handwerker), settled in the Volga German colony of Enders on 15 July 1767. He is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 39.

The 1767 census records that Georg Martin Sond came from the German town of Lübeck.

There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.

Rosenquist*

Hans Jakob Rosenquist, a farmer, and his wife Anna Leonteva [?] are recorded on the 1767 census of Enders in Household No. 5. Hans Jakob Rosenquist had settled in Enders on 27 July 1765.

The 1767 census records that Hans Jakob Rosenquist came from the Swedish village of Krestwin [?].

There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.

Ritter (Enders)*

Christian Christoph Ritter, a craftsman (Handwerker), and his wife Maria Dorothea are recorded on the 1767 census of Enders in Household No. 10. They had settled in Enders on 27 July 1765.

The 1767 census records that Christian Christoph Ritter came from the German village of Neubrandenburg in the Mecklenburg region.

There are no known surviving male lines of this Ritter family among the Volga German colonies.

Rieger (Enders)*

Heinrich Rieger, a single man, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 7 May 1766 aboard the Russian galliot named Katharina Eleonora under the command of Skipper Peter Rehder.

He settled in the Volga German colony of Enders on 15 July 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 40.

The Oranienbaum passenger list records that Heinrich Rieger was a tailor from the German region of Württemberg. The 1767 census records that he was a craftsman (Handwerker) from the German village of Malbrun [Maulbronn?] in the Württemberg region.

Biehl (Enders)

Heinrich Biehl, a single farmer, arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the ship Der Junge Mattias under the command of Sipper David Wollert.

He settled in Enders on 15 July 1767 and is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 38 along with his new wife Katharina.

Friedrich Biehl and his siblings from Enders are recorded on the 1862 census of Gnadendorf.

The 1767 census records that Heinrich Biehl came from the German village of Büdingen in the Isenburg region.

Ming (Enders)*

Hans Georg Ming, a craftsman (Handwerker), his wife Anna Wilhelmina, and daughters (Katharina Agnessia, age 2½; Regina, age ¼) are recorded on the 1767 census of Enders in Household No 12. They had settled in Enders on 27 July 1765.

The 1767 census records that Hans Georg Ming came from the German village of Lanz near Wittenberge.
