In the early 1900s colonists from Beideck, Dreispitz, Frank, Hussenbach, Kolb, Neu-Dönhof, Shcherbakovka, Walter, Warenburg, and Unterdorf settled in Tacoma.
The Volga German neighborhood was generally found between South 19th & 23rd and Ainsworth & Sheridan.
